CrossFit Mettle and Honor – TEENS/KIDS CAMP

General Warm Up

8 min AMRAP

200m run

5 dumbbell deadlift (two dumbbells)

5 burpees

5 penguin taps

20 min partner AMRAP (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

P1 runs 400m while,

P2 completes:

-10 dumbbell deadlifts

-10 burpees over the dumbbell

-30 penguin taps or double bar taps
