GOAL: RPE 4 | Match your breathing to your running cadence.
NOTES: Running is…not fun 🙂 but the best CrossFitters all run (e.g. Matt Fraser have close to a sub 5:00 mile). One of the reasons Jason K. did so well in the 2013 Games was because he worked with Chris Henshaw and learned how to PACE with Running. You should do the same. Pace this workout as detailed and don’t skip it, it will pay off come Open time. Remember, the greats do the “boring” work with full intent.
