GOAL: EFFORT | RPE 6-7 — Main focal point today is the GHDs. While it’s not a lot of volume in one set, they will begin to tax the hips/ abs meaning the tall Crawl Overs and Heavy DB Cleans are going to get very tough. Aim to keep rounds to under 3:00 and keep transitions quick!

GOAL: HEAVY | RPE 4-5 — COMPLETE BEFORE METCON. Similar strength we saw for the Clean last week, so remember today is about building acceleration from BTK. If you need to lighten your %’s to make sure lifts are crisp and snappy do so! If no access to blocks, use a stack of plates but be careful of the rerack back down. Focus on the big shrug after hip extensions during the Pulls.
