-Immediately move on to Part 2-
GOAL: RPE 9 | Push the pace on this. we want to finish the row in less than a minute. Then no more than 2 sets on the BMU. This should give us around a minute for the Clean and Jerks.

GOAL: RPE 9 | Goal here is to build up to a heavy lift post workout. We are going to keep the weight on and then build up. We are really looking at 2-3 attempts here.
