Perform the NCFIT Performance workout with the following goals and/or adjustments…
GOAL: Keep 2-3 sets on the Wall Balls and Pull-Ups. Focus on consistency so we’re not resting too much between movements.

GOAL: RPE 7 | Be smart about attempts here. You have the time to rest as needed so give yourself no more than 3 kick up attempts at a time. Try to focus on the hands to create the stability. You can walk around but you need to stay in the box.
