NCFIT GOALS
Perform the NCFIT Performance workout with the following goals and/or adjustments…
GOAL: Unbroken on the Snatches each round. The run is there to give the grip/shoulders a break from the barbell but let’s not turn this into a recovery run.

2 Wall Walks
8 Box Jump Overs (24/20)
2 Ring Muscle Ups

GOAL: RPE 6 | Just move and groove here. Keep a light intensity and again feel good reps on all movements.
COMPETE | PART 2
Squat Snatch (1-1-1-1)

GOAL: RPE 6 | Focus on deliberate movement. Reach up with the hips and immediately down into the Squat. Light loading so no misses or irresponsible attempts. We want to finish feeling strong and fast.
