GOAL: RPE 8 | One last time for this chest and tricep day from weeks 1 and 3. There is still plenty of volume here, so feel free to scale back if you feel like your body needs it. For the slight incline DB bench, use a plate to raise the bench just a few inches off the ground, and think about squeezing your biceps together at the top to really target the upper pecs.
