MIN 3 – :40 Box Jump*

*Two-feet take-off, two-feet landing, step-down, rejump quickly after proper setup.

GOAL: RPE 8 | If you can…go heavier on the Squats. If you can…burn out on the Push-Ups. If you can…push the pace on the Box Jumps (but stick to the controlled version of the movement). You can do this today.

Pick 10 Positions and Hold Each for 2:00…rest about :30 b/t positions. Start and end the session with 10 ‘box breaths’. Inhale for :03-:05, Hold Full for :03-:05, Exhale for :03-:05, Hold Empty for :03-:05…repeat pattern until 10 reps.
