I’m a CrossFit level 1, a certified personal trainer, mommy of 4, and an athlete.
My love for fitness came when I was in h.s. and suffered a severe eating disorder. Fitness was my therapy.
I continued my fitness journey even after kids. I tried numerous at-home programs & local gyms. It was great and I saw results but I needed a bigger challenge and accountability. I also needed an outlet that was just for me.
A close friend kept sharing about how much she loved CrossFit. I finally decided to give it a try. I did and thought I was not cut out for it. Despite that, I continued to show up and modified, modified, modified (did I mention I modified?). The coaching, the community, and the challenge kept me coming back for more; it was empowering.
Little did I know that four years into my CrossFit journey I would obtain a personal training certification and CrossFit level 1. I am passionate about empowering others towards a healthier lifestyle. I love watching athletes & clients grow into someone they never believed they could be and high-fiving them out the door for yet another day accomplished.
“One of the greatest things you can do to help others is not just to share & give what you have but to help them discover what they have within themselves.” ~ Rita Zahara
