8-12 Slight Incline DB Bench Press

GOAL: RPE 9 | Keep building from the previous week. Try to go heavier on the bench press and squeeze one more rep out on the chin-ups. The incline should be 15 degrees if you have an adjustable bench, or you can prop up a flat bench using a single plate.
