CrossFit Mettle and Honor is the best gym around. I am new to CrossFit and decided to try the drop in class and everyone was so nice and welcoming. I joined right after that and would recommend it to anyone. The staff treats you like family and everyone is so helpful when you need help.
Excellent environment, coaches and members! They make everyone feel welcomed and are very accommodating to individual's needs. I worked out up until a few days before my baby was born and was back at it a few weeks later, thanks to the great coaches’ modifications. I’ve never felt as comfortable and confident anywhere else. I highly recommend CFMaH to anyone and everyone!
Awesome place to train, learn a new skill set, workout and meet new people. Everyone is very nice, workout programs are always changing👍, coaches are great 💪. Its a drive, 40min one way (35miles) 3-4x a week but its worth it everytime. 7 months so far, can't wait to compare in July when I hit 1 year with the programing 😎.
